older world cup boxxer e13 stem RIDEABLE

Pretty sure this is an 05 world cup boxxer, I bought it used about 5 years ago so I'm not 100% on the year. I had put ti springs in it when I bought it and have rebuilt it twice but I really don't ride hard and never went over anything to huge. the paint is pretty rough, I painted it gold the last time I rebuilt it. one scratch on stantion tube, does not cause any leaks. I haven't ridden the fork in a season but it cycles fine and doesn't leave nasty oil on the tubes.
