Upgraded brakes to Avid Elixir 3 (freshly bled) with Jagwire hyflow lines (colour matched white to frame)
Deore shifters
SLX front and rear derailleurs (XTR cable kit recently installed for shifters)
Upgraded North Shore Billet derailleur hanger (have a spare to go with bike as well)
Cranks - RaceFace Ride XC
Upgraded handlebar - Salsa Pro Moto. (20mm rise, 10degree upsweep, 6degree back sweep, 286grams)
Grips - Specialized lock on.
Upgraded saddle to WTB Silverado
Wheels - Alex EN24
Tires - 95% life left, Continential Mountain King II 29x2.2
Brand new chain and cassette (only 10km on them)
Fork: Rock Shox Dart 3. has lock out. Recently replaced seals and fully serviced.
