This offer is for a used medium sized Intense Uzzi VPX frame in raw works (no paint) finish.

The Uzzi is Intense's "do it all bike", happily at home in the bike park, on the shore and offers a pedallable 7.75" VPP travel

Included with the frame are the original 135x10/12 dropouts, and lugs required for QR, 10mm and 12mm axle options (vitally important for the Uzzis as they don't work without). The shock is a Fox DHX 5.0 coil shock with dimensions 8.5x2.5" and a 450lb spring. The bushings are getting old and though there's no play, could probably do with replacing soon. The shock hasn't been serviced for a while either, but works fine.

Head tube is 1.5" and the frame works well with a -1 degree angle set.

It's been used for uplift days and holidays abroad: not regularly (I live nowhere near big mountain) but the time it has had has been hard graft. The finish carries scratches well (if you're so inclined you can shine the whole thing up with brasso, but matt is it's natural state). The stickers are part worn and there's a few cable rub marks. Overall the frame's in good working condition; other than the rub the other notable points are:

1) a couple of small dings in the down-tube just in front of the bottom bracket. This is a sturdy frame though and it's cosmetic only really

2) chain rub on the drive-side lower link

3) all brand new bearings on the lower link. I've replaced the grease in the upper bearings

For sale separately are some "Slackers" official replacement dropouts, which replace the official ones to move the rear axle back and upwards a centimetre or so; these are also 135mm spacing but come in raw finish. The original dropouts make the back end very poppy; the slackers bring the bottom bracket down and stretch things out, improving stability; but removing a little of the poppiness.

And a 135mmx12mm bolt-through axle made of aluminum (lightest I could find) and matching Hope axle conversion kit.

Geometry (with slackers, and 0 degree headset, on 180mm Marzzochi 66s):

HA 66.5
Seat Angle 70
BB Height 14.6
Top tube 22.75
Seat Tube 17.75
Standover 31
Wheelbase 43.75
Chainstay 17.5
BB-Bars 29.5
Bar height 40.75

I'd only really trade for a 55 RC3 Ti 170mm fork; money otherwise please
