I have a awesome custom 2011 Transition TR450 for sale. The bike has full fox suspension, saint brakes, E13 cranks, and sram shifter and derailleur. The frame on the bike has zero cracks and dents, there are a few chips and scratches in the paint from normal riding and shuttling. On the downtube on the frame some paint has been worn away from being transported on the truck bed tailgate. This doesn't affect performance in anyway. This bike does great for downhill and free ride, its one of the few bikes that you can plow through rock sections on and then go do clean whips on the jumps. This bike was made for whistler and other bike parks. The bike is very adjustable, you can change out the keys in the rear linkage and can make it go from a 64 degree headangle (thats what it is currently set to) which makes it feel like a free ride bike to 63.5 degrees and then to 63 degree headangle which makes the bike super slack and stretched out for gnarly downhill race courses. Critics and reviews say that this is one of the most versatile downhill bikes and perfect for bike parks. The specs for this bike are
-Large 2011 Transition TR450 frame in Orange and Black with 8.25 in of rear travel ( just re-greased all the linkage pieces)(frames made out of 6061 Heat Treated Aluminum)
-Factory Fox DHX RC4 rear shock with lots of nifty adjustments on it
-Fox 40 FIT RC2 front forks with 200mm of travel (the forks were just rebuilt and work great)
-Cane Creek headset
-Revolution 32 wheelset (They are nice and true)
-Sram X9 rear derailleur and shifter (shifts good)
-BRAND NEW Saint Brakes (hoses, levers, and 4 piston callipers)(They work amazing and stop better than my car) (new pads)
-Loaded AMX bars in gloss black (nice and wide, could be cut down if needed)
-ODI Locking grips with lots of rubber left on them
-Sunline CNC'd aluminum direct mount stem
-E13 CNC'd aluminum Lg 1+ cranks with a hollow bb axle
-E13 aluminum chainring
-E13 Lg 1+ chain guide and bash guard
-SDG black seat (nice and cushy, no rips)
-Medal CNC'd platform pedals in white with removable pins
-Kenda read tire (40% tread left)
-Maxxis Minion front tire (70% tread left)
-Carbon Fiber head tube spacers
This bike is built up well and ready to go ride at mammoth or your local trails. The bike is very heavy duty and alot of fun to ride. Here is a review about the frame and it will give you a few more details about how the linkage works - http://www.sicklines.com/reviews/transition-tr450/transition-tr450-review/ This bike has never been raced, Its a very race worthy bike though. I'm selling because I need money to travel this summer. I will ship the bike for the right price, I would prefer to ship in the us but if you are in Canada I will ship it there if you are ok with paying a bit more. All transactions will need to be done through pay pal. Feel free to message me via pinkbike or text me at 805 217 0981 if you are interested or have any questions and I will respond ASAP. Thanks for looking!
