Shifter: LH (front) XO 3 chain ring - never used.
Derailleur: XO Short Cage Gold - used on pumptrack bike, never crashed on, excellent condition.
$200 for derailleur (or $100 per shifter) or reasonable offers as there are people out there running 9 speed who need to replace broken parts.
No time wasters. If they don't sell I'll just store em and rotate them onto my wife's commuter when her current stuff wears out.
