Hi,
These are my TLD sprint shorts 27"-29", however they still fit me and i'm about 30-31. They are in new condition as i have only used once, however i did cut off the size adjusting straps, this should not be a problem provided you are a 28" waist as the waist band is already elasticated.
They are great shorts from a great brand and look cool as hell!
