2010 Astro FSS downhill bike size medium

Frame: Astro FSS 26" downhill frame, size medium 210 mm travel, 83 mm BB w/ ISCG-05 mounts, 150x12 Maxle dropout (spare derailleur hanger included). Same frame KHS runs.
Fork: Rock Shox Boxxer World Cup
Rear shock: Rock Shox Vivid R2C (beginning & ending rebound and low speed compression) w/titanium 300 lb spring, 9.5x3.0 / 241x76
Brakes: Shimano Saint
Drivetrain: SRAM XO rear derailleur, X7 trigger shifter, Dura Ace 9 speed road cassette 11-25T, Gravity Light cranks 36T, MRP chain guide
Wheels: No Tubes Flow rims, KT hubs, Continental Rain King tires
Other stuff: Truvativ Holzfeller direct mount stem, Kore Torsion bar 760 mm, Kore lock on grips, Kore I-Beam post and alloy I-Beam saddle, X-Pedo flat pedals

Astro is a frame manufacturer in Taiwan (known for being the frame factory for Transition, Rocky, Mondraker, GT, Bianchi, KHS, etc) This model is their downhill version of the FSS dual link design. The shock floats between the two links and the lower link is concentric with the BB.

I used this bike for trips to Whistler about 2 weeks each season on 3 different years and the occasional farting around in Wisconsin where I live….all told about 3 months worth of riding on it. It's a good efficient design that soaks up chatter and big hits nicely. This bike came to me in raw aluminum and I later rattle canned it Smurf blue and the custom PBR can head badge to make the red, white, and blue theme complete.
