These are brand new and have never been ridden. They came on my TR450. When my bike was shipped to me it came damaged and the fork has a little scratch on the right top stanchion and the bike shop owner assured me it could be sanded right up. It has nothing to do with the lower stanchion. Its 1/1/8 steer tube that is 6.5 inches long. The fork also has 3M on it. Thanks for looking
