I purchased 2 of these last summer and used them once for a trip out to BC. These are practically brand new. Come with all keys and hardware.
"The Clutch SD is a hardcore fork mount bolt on system perfect for securing your bikes in a Toyota®, Nissan®, Chevy® or GMC® bed channel system. It fits bikes with a 9mm front axle and is designed with mounting plates that easily slide into the channel of your pickup truck. Its burly cast aluminum body has a roomy center opening making it easy to feed a cable lock through for extra security or serves as a tie down."
