I have a 650B rear wheel built with a Stans Flow rim, Shimano 135mm rear hub laced with DT straight gauge spokes. Hub feels very smooth and is for a center lock rotor. Wheel is in great condition, a few scratches on the side of the rim, but its very true, and no dents or scratches on the bead. Make me an offer, it needs to go!
