Condition and Notes:
I've just used this bike for the summer. Only July and August as I got a new bike in September. In those 2 months I used it probably around 20 days. Therefore the bike is in very good condition.

Frame is in good condition, however, there is some scuffing and marks to the lacquer as you'd expect from general use. This is all superficial. No damage to the carbon anywhere.
Forks are in excellent condition. There is a tiny mark on the very top of the stanchion, but it is very small, not rough and it won't damage the seals. **Pictured***
Forks serviced and only used for a couple of rides since then.
New headset bearings (no rides).
New tyres (no rides) - not pumped up in photos as lacking a pump!!
New stem and seatpost (no rides).
As good as new XT brake rotors (couple of rides).
Superficial rubbing to the crank arms.
Rear mech has some scratches, but still completely straight.
Wheel bearings a little rough and might be worth replacing soon.
Frame bearings feel fine still... but I am supplying bike with full rebuild kit so if you want to replace you can.
Grips could probably do with a replacement.
