The Shimano XTR M986 Top Pull front derailleur is designed for use with the Shimano Dyna-Sys 10-speed, 2x10. The angled adjustment screws and clamp bolt make the new front derailleur more mechanically friendly.
Shimano's XTR M986 front derailleur is engineered to provide seamless shifts and consistent power when paired with the all-new XTR double crankset.
- New smaller design
- For use with Shimano 2x10 crankset
- Lightweight alloy chain cage with nickel plating reduces weight and resists wear
- Top pull Design
- High Direct Mount
The derailleur was removed from the brand new bike after a few rides. There are small scratches on the outer cage, please see the actual picture for details. Scratches are cosmetic and do not affect the derailleur in any way.
