Bought this brand new in 2014 and never used it. It's a 48spke Alex rim laced to a 14mm "flip flop" hub allowing the use of 13-17T freewheels. For an additional cost, I have two different sized ACS freewheels (13T or 14T) I can include and axle nuts, not pictured.
