2014 Specialized Crave Comp 29, medium

Selling my Crave 29er, as I tore my ACL and won't be able to ride it any time soon. This bike was purchased new this spring, and has many upgrades to make it ride less like an XC racer and more like a true trail bike. The fork has been serviced recently and internally set to the 120mm travel position, slackening the head angle and making the ride more stable. An X-Fusion HiLo dropper post was installed, adding confidence in steep and rough terrain, also helped by the excellent Butcher/Slaughter tire combination in a generous 2.3 width. The handlebars were taken off of an Enduro, and measure in at 760mm. This bike does have some minor cosmetic scratches along the top tube, down tube, and the non-driveside chainstay. No dents or gouges, and with the matte/gloss black paint scheme, they are hard to notice. Mechanically the bike is in solid shape, with recent service to the fork and dropper post. There is a slight hop in the front wheel, but a new wheelset would be my first upgrade on this bike, as the stock one is the only overly heavy component on the bike. Looks dirty in the pictures, but will be fully cleaned and tuned before shipping. This is a fantastic XC trail bike with many of the upgrades people are looking to do, out of the box.
