Frame has some dents, but other then that it is in good condition. No cracks. Has been painted black, paint does have some chips, but not all over.
Now if you don't know about the NS Capital, it has some BMX specific spec to it:
14mm BMX rear hub dropouts
22mm spanish BB
24" wheels only
integrated seat post for pivotal seats
Top tube length is 21.7" (I think)
