2008 Santa Cruz V10 Medium w/ Boxxer World Cup and extras

Looking to part with my Santa Cruz v10 and other components. The frame is free of dents and cracks but has some cosmetic damage. I haven't ridden this bike in nearly two years so I think it's time to free up some garage space. I would like to sell everything all together but will sell certain pieces for the right price.
Specs are as follows:
-Medium black v10 frame with fox dhx 5.0 shock. Shock has a 350lb spring on it but I also have a 600lb I will include.
-Boxxer World Cup 2 rides on since last service
-MRP camber cranks and G2 chain guide

-Avid code brakes with 203mm rotors
-straitline direct mount stem
-raceface atlas freeride bars
-thomson elite seatpost
-chromag lynx dt
Bike has been well maintained and cared for but I no longer have any interest in downhill.
I would consider trading for carbon disc cyclocross or narrow XC wheels.
