This is a set of black Manitou Stance front shock forks for a 26" tired bike. The stem tube is, however, a 1.5 inch diameter and is 213mm long. The forks are also made for a hollow axle hub and come with the axle. These forks are in great shape, just a little to custom for my local customers.
