LX c/lock handbuilt front wheel NEW RIM + SPOKES

Shimano Deore LX centrelock front hub. I am sure this hub was brand new, built into a wheel that was never used, then stripped back down again. Standard quick release type. Centrelock disc type fitting. 36 hole. Bearings have been serviced and NO pitting on any of the surfaces. Very smooth indeed.

SL19 Superlight rim is BRAND NEW. 24mm wide ideal for XC use. Weighs approx 445gms. Double walled and stainless steel eyelets.

BRAND NEW DT Swiss stainless steel spokes are on the disc side, BRAND NEW unbranded stainless steel are on the non disc side. BRAND NEW genuine DT Swiss brass nipples used on both sides These spokes are within 1mm of perfect length, the top of the spoke is slightly below the top of the nipple - see pics.

BRAND NEW Sapin brass elbow washers have been used to tighten up the gap between the spoke heads and the hub flanges. These are slightly thicker than the DT Swiss 'pro-lines'.

Hand built using a quality 4 sided spoke key. All spoke and nipple threads have been waterproof oiled. Well tensioned, stress relieved and dished. Finished item is well within 1mm of 'true', probably I estimate 0.2mm?. For video of finished product please see link below:
