It has some use but don't be afraid, I would guess it's never been bottomed out until my rather plump rump sat on the bike. I apologize for that but I felt compelled. 15mm thru axle, no stanchion marks, very light paint blemishes and not needing any service work for quite some time. It does have a short steerer tube because it came off of a midgets bike but maybe you'll be fine with that. Midgets need fancy forks too right?
