2014 XXL 23" Fuji Tahoe 1.1 27.5" 650b frame + pressfit BB

I bought this from a young man last summer, but I think it's going to be too big for me, so I never built and and just want to get rid of it.

2014 Fuji Tahoe. 1.1, with 27.5" wheels.

The whole bike retailed for $2100 US ($2750 in CAD).

The frame is ultralight aluminum:
Fuji A2-SL custom-butted alloy w/ PowerCurve down tube, smooth welds, hydroformed top tube, tapered 1 1/8" - 1.5" head tube, BB91 bottom bracket.

The press-fit Shimano BB91, which is worth $60, is included. There is no headset. It has the original derailleur hanger.
The guy I bought it from rode it in the Don Valley. He said "Fifteen times. Or less." He was skinny, tall, super fit. A bike courier. I think he's a serious rider: there are some nicks and scratches on the frame. Plenty of chain slap on the chainstay. No dents.

I was excited to build this, but when I look at the geometry (on the link above) there's just no way. The guy I bought it from is about 6'4", and that's probably a better size (I'm 6'1"). I'd say, you should be 6'3" and above to use this frame.

Designed to be raced as a mountain bike: light, strong, fast. But this could also be a great single-speed, commuter, whatever, so long as you're tall enough.

I have a list of things I'll swap for, if that's your style.
I'm in no hurry, so please don't lowball me. $200 is a totally fair price for an elite level frameset. I'd rather get that price, or find a good swap.
