Elite Qubo Digital Smart B+ bicycle trainer in great shape. The Smart B+ trainer has Bluetooth Smart and ANT+ connectivity to report speed and cadence, plus 2-way ANT+ FE-C control so your app itself (Zwift, Kinomap, TrainerRoad, Elite Training, etc) can control the resistance. Pretty cool stuff. Very quiet elastogel roller for use even in my apartment unit.
Also includes manuals, power adapter, front wheel leveling block, and skewer.
