(1) Hutchinson Squale 2.25" Race Riposte Enduro (updated 2016 version)
Folding bead, reinforced casing so that it's light and robust for the most challenging riding. This tire was just updated to make it better for enduro racing so that it grips more, rolls faster, pedals better, and doesn't fold or rim-out. They succeeded. You DON'T want the old one - it stinks (by comparison). 1040g actual weight.
Used for about a dozen rides on the front. No significant wear, no tearing.
I really like this tire as a front or a rear - it performs well in both situations, but I ran it on the front. Corner knobs do NOT fold. Great grip in wet or dry, though not a mud tire (some mud is OK).
