22.5" top tube, 12.5" seat tube length. Nothing wrong with frame, no cracks, no dents. Some surface rust but nothing bad. Pretty good cosmetic condition otherwise. Comes with Octane One seat (a bit ripped) and bottom bracket (should be replaced but works as is). Message me if interested.
