Pair of Burton "Custom Brew" bindings in green. I believe they're medium, but they fit my sz 8.5 Burton boots, if that helps. They have had light use for a few years, and have been in my closet for 6 years, so it's about time to liquidate.
High-back has a bottle opener on it, but otherwise they're just normal "custom" bindings. Have the mounting plate for 3 bolt or standard mounting. Bindings are in good condition; pictures show all "damage" (ankle strap on RH binding).
