This is the medium size, 22" top tube. Color is "Ocean Blue". Weight 4lbs. Frame is in perfect condition with no dents or scratches, except for some scuffing on the dropouts and BB shell from being built up. This is the actual frame Staats used in the photos on their website and catalogs. I built this bike thinking I was going to race 4x and BMX on it but all the tracks and races are so far away, I ended up only riding it a few times, and raced it only once, at the Sea Otter BMX race (I got 2nd though). So now I am going to sell the frame and keep the parts to build up a regular mtn. bike. The frame is designed for a 4"-5.5" suspension fork. I built it with a Identiti rigid fork which was perfect for BMX tracks. If you are planing on racing 4x or slalom, I would recommend a suspension fork. I will include the Identiti fork for $80 extra (normally $150). |
