PRICE IS OBO Up for sale is a used S/M 2007 Cannondale Prophet 5, which you can find specs about here: http://www3.cannondale.com/bikes/07/cusa/mountain/prophet/index.html. Everything is stock, but the derailleur was replaced a 1.5 years ago and around a year ago I got the canister for the rear Fox Racing Shock replaced as it was leaking. Everything else is stock on the bike expect the tires. I've got a brand new (mint condt) Kenda small block eight on the front and a used (but still extremely grippy) Fire XC Pro on the back. The only two things you may want to fix is first replace the chain (its a bit rusty obviously needs a new one) and also to drill the bolt on the crankarm out as the threads are stripped (this should only cost you around 50$). If you really want me to do any of these things, I can, but it means that the bike will cost you a bit more. Also this bike has a new chromag saddle ( as the old one ended up bending) which is about a year old in perfect condition. In addition there is also a half a year old crank bros candy pedal on the bike, which is in near perfect condition (sorry but I don't have I really like this bike but its become too small for me (perfect for somone 5'1 to 5'6, but I'm already 5'9) and also I just dont use it enough. Its a really nice almountain bike for someone starting out and its relatively cheap for such a nice and light mountain bike. I have never weighed it but I suspect its around 28 pounds or so. Its quite maneuverable, especially thanks to the left fork (which is the best part of this bike for me). Contact me at shorerydr10@live.com if you are interested or want more info. Local deals only please (that means only in the Lower Mainland/Vancouver area) Thank you for viewing this. |
