THis is the Hadley hub for santa cruz v10 frames that had the floating rear brake I believe. Its in great shape- smooth bearings and freehub.
I bought it as a spare parts hub, but apparently spares are not needed. Am selling the bike that has the other hadley.
If you're rebuilding or servicing your own hadley hub... that ring on the brake side is not for bearing preload. It is just a seal holder. If you tighten it against the bearings they will die fast. Sealed bearings are not supposed to have side preload unless they are angular contact bearings. Very few manufacturers use angular contact.
Airbomb has all of the conversion kits to run your size of axle starting at 25$.
