The Southern Appalachian Bicycle League welcomes riders of all ages and abilities, with skill levels ranging from novice to elite. Individual interests vary from those who just like touring at a casual pace, to those who love competition and racing.
Scheduled rides include both road and mountain biking in areas of North Georgia, Southeastern Tennessee and Southwestern North Carolina. See our Message Board for scheduled rides.
Annual membership dues go towards the maintenance of a web site, fund raising events, annual International Mountain Biking Association (IMBA) and other affiliated club dues and voting rights. Members have the option of purchasing colorful team jerseys and apparel from us and are privileged to a 10% member discount at Spin Lite Cycling in Hiawassee GA, at Blairsville Bikes & Boards bicycle shop in Blairsville GA, and at Appalachian Outfitters in Murphy NC.
SABA invites all interested bicyclists to join our club. We also encourage those vacationing in our region to contact us for road and trail information and to join in on our group rides.
