It's 9.5 to me. Components -> great. Frame -> second to none. It would be 10, if you would repaint WCs to black (I'm 888 RC2 EVO fan, but I know why people like to ride Boxxers, so only thing I would change is color), then it would be a perfect bike to look at. Only question, is it seriously 16.13 kg? My heavy Commencal DH v3 is only 1.9 kg heavier that that :?
I gotta question. Is the full V10 frame full carbon or only a small bit? Because some other guys, I think it was Devinci, called their Wilson carbon even though it was only a small section of the frame...

Front section of the frame is all carbon. The rear swing arm is aluminum.

the rear triangle of the devinci is carbon. as stated the front triangle only on the V10c, but they have had ENVE composites make them swingarms for the race bikes shaving upwards of 500 grams from the alu version. I would also expect to see this available later on in the next year, but with a substantial price increase-especially if they keep the partnership with Enve for manufacturing the swingarm... Nothing from Enve is cheap...
My TR450 build posted a few posts up is 34.56lbs and is pretty much the lightest build kit possible on a DH bike. According to Sicklines, a TR450 frame is 4402g and a V10 Carbon frame is 3315g. This difference is basically 2.4lbs which would bring a V10 with my build kit to 32.16lbs. I think you could probably shave another 400g absolute total between cranks, seat post, pedals, and stem which is another .88lbs. This would bring the final build for the lightest possible V10 Carbon with a DH capable build to 31.28lbs.

I will ask him for specs, maybe he has something non-convetional on his V10.

LOL no, you can go lighter.
but why, i thought weight weenies were on xc bikes thats almost too light for a dh bike below 32 pounds.....
He knows the way of life! It's true, who is gunna actually notice the 0.1lbs of weight on a rig? You don't pedal up a harsh hill and probably don't whip like a maniac in the air so why would you care?

I'm all ears... explain to me which parts you would replace and with which ones that would be equally strong...
