Any rating? I know this don't match up against the latest frames with there chosen parts.

Without trying to compare it directly to the new bikes I'd give it a 7/10.
^^^^^9/10 for that intense, I really have a thing for those bikes and the green looks so good.

If it has an Overdrive 2 setup I hate it. If not its cool.

Overdrive 2 was a new steerer tube standard that Giant developed and was / is pushing for. Its between E2 taper and 1.5 and its the dumbest piece of marketing BS Ive read in a while. It only came on Giant bikes stock, I'm not sure if they are still sticking with it.
