how do you like the brakes on the intense? 8/10 by the waySmile
well... the rear brake is a Deore and it is surprisingly good for that price, pads are cheap... and it's easy to work on (bleed, pad change, push the pistons back when changing pads...) the lever does feel weird the 1st time you ride with shimano tho (that servo thing)

front brake is a Code R and it won't brake if it's not hot... weird as f*ck, maybe something contaminated the pads... both are on 7" discs... may get an 8" for the front

Yes I was talking about the deore, it's just I have a pair and I find the modulation is a bit crap, and yes the levers are a bit weird due to the shortness in my experience, however you get used to it and the rest of the brake is excellent. just thought i'd get a second opinionSmile

Here's my trusty Fatline. M9 get's a 8.5/10. Yellow seat is meh, the blue and green combo is nice, but not my favorite.

What Whattheheel is TRYING to say is, read the goddam thread title. Rate the bike posted above you. And if you don't, expect to be flamed.

-3.5/10
