hi guys! I'm new too the Downhill thing. i just recently picked up a 2008 Iron Horse Sunday W/C with 08 Boxxer W/C forx. does anyone know the proper settings for this shock for a rider that's 160LBS. AIR,SPRING, a ballpark COMPRESION setting? and whats the GATE setting for??

Blue Linky Thing

I believe the boxxer pressure setting is about 150 PSI for that weight but don't hold me to it.

This might help. My PDF viewer isn't working so I am only assuming this if for the 2008 Boxxer. I think 2006-2008 are the same.
