You wanna use the curved sticky mount and either mount it to the side (using the 90degree adapter thing) or to the top. Keep the helmet inside and make sure it is dry. Apply the mount and keep pressure on it for a bit so it gets a good stick. You'll wanna keep the helmet inside for about 12 hours so that the mount has time to stick completely before it gets cold.

I don't use a Gyro Remedi but I have Adhesive mounts on my XC helmet, my downhill helmet and my MX helmet. Works great.

Hey guys. I was just testing out my go pro's water proof housing when i noticed it was letting in a small bit of water. The seals seem clean and everything. Im going to mexico soon and dont no if I trust the housing in the water!
Any answers or help would be great!
-thanks

If it makes you feel any better, mine was buried in snow for a week before 3inches of rain melted it to the point that I could find it. But that's odd about that leak, I don't think I've heard of that happening before. How old is the housing?

How exactly did you test it?

Clean the seal and then apply a light coating of silicone grease to it.

Just in a sink but after further reading and inspection I realized there was lint particles on the seal so I cleaned it with fresh water! Works great now.

Brand new hah. And it was tiny lint particles. Didn't realize it had to be THAT clean.

yeah the instruction manual says that dust, hair, or a grain of sand can make it leak.

If i put an mp3 file onto my gopro's sd card so that I can bring it to school and use final cut pro to edit will it mess up the camera?

So you are basically asking if you can use it as a portable drive?

pretty much yeah

I think it would work. If the gopro will accept it to put it on, it should work.
