you will need a reducer headset could try cane creek or FSA, im pretty sure they make them. reliable manufacturers aswell.
+1
Several headset manufactures make these reducer headsets. FSA and Cane Creek have some very reliable reducer headsets as mentioned by ambrigino quoted above. They are probably the most inexpensive as well.
I'd recommend visiting Cane Creek's website - they have an excellent headset selection page where you can put in information about your frame / fork / personal choices and it will tell you what will fit your needs!
Cane Creek also sell the top cup and lower cups seperately so you can buy the exact setup you need for your frame
Thanks y'all...I ordered a Cane Creek reducer. I am also looking into just getting a used fork. Anyone have a 29'er with a tapered headtube for sale???

I did not know that the 29'er frames had 1.5 headtubes, especially ones that tapered down to a 1-1/8. Do they?
Are you talking about aking a fork that has a 1.125 steer tube and putting a taper on it? If so, it is not possible. Changing a 1.5" head tube to 1.125" is possible with the right headset as mentioned above.
