Does anybody have a good suspension setup for a 2014 TR500 single crown with the stock Fox 36 RC2 Van and DHX RC4 ? Any help would be appreciated!

I've been back and forth with the guys at Transition on working on a suspension setup for my bike. Here is what I ended up with for anyone wanting to work on a setup or start somewhere.
I am about 190LBS with all gear etc on.
Fox 40 Front Fork Settings: Green Spring (180 - 200LBS) Preload - 3 clicks in from full COUNTER-clockwise) (ie no preload) - basically just enough to "engage" the spring LSC - 12 clicks out (from full clockwise) HSC - 16 clicks out (from full clockwise) Rebound - 9 clicks out (from full clockwise)
Rear Shock Settings (DHX RC4) 500 LBS Coil ( I was sitting at about 33% sag using this) LSC - 12 clicks out (from full clockwise) HSC - 6 clicks out (from full clockwise) 170 PSI in Boost Chamber 3 "Rotations" out (out of 4 full rotations) from full clockwise - I don't' seem to have "clicks" on here - so I've gone by rotations Rebound - 4 clicks out (from full clockwise)
Anyone who rides the 500 in XL? I'm 6"1 and on a TR250 in large (reach 411) - it's pretty small. The 500 large has 421 reach - not really a huge step from the 250 large. Thinking bout going for a XL... any experience on this?
What are the main differences between the tr450 and the tr500?
For me at 5'8" on a medium.
Pros:
Better sizing (at least for me) Lighter Changes direction way way better, not sure if size and weight impacts on this... Geometry chips are much easier to change if you feel the need. Rear axle installation has improved massively. It's available in black, should always be a black option!! ('13 TR450 that I had was two tone) It has internal cable routing. It can take 650b if you so wish, only in the long chainstay position mind.
Hi all, I'm with a problem with my tr500, I've bought it 1month ago it's a tr500 2015 yellow. But to avoid scratches I have applied a shelter from 3M, but it was bad, so I have removed it to apply one shelter from caffelatex, but for my surprise when removed the frame have changed color where was applied.
With 5'10" I'm stuck with the decision between M and L for the TR500. Any hints for the right size? Are transition bikes more on the compact side? Thanks!

Was stuck in the same position, just under 5' 10". I went with the large, i was a little worried about it being too bog, but it fits awesome! I rode a medium around in the parking lot once and it felt too cramped, btw.

I'm 5' 11" and I love the size of my large frame. I've always gone with the larger frames if I am in between the two size, and this was the right choice for me.
