Has anyone replaced the bearings in the frame? I'm struggling to access them.
Call John at mt. Cycle (951)696-2560 I'm not sure he still works there but it's worth a try. He's pretty helpful.

Has anyone tried fitting a 200x57 shock, which I think would give around 6"?

If he's from the old MC staff, then no, they ditched everyone. A couple of the guys still lurk the MC group on facebook though.

My Battery (Orange) is getting a few battle scars and have contacted MC to see if they can advise on paint to touch up. Not heard anything back. Tried mates car spares shop where he mixed some but its way off.

Anyone know where to get some?

About cranks and bb for the battery, am I correct in saying you could use an 83mm bb with spacers to fit the smaller shell? and that would help space it out?

You will need 1.5" headset or a reducer headset depending on what fork you have.

Depending on the cranks you can use a 73mm bottom bracket but I used an 83mm with spacers for more crank clearance.
