I found a company in Leeds that supplies 20mm dia tubing with a 15mm dia centre. I have Joes No Flats hub and they dont do reducers so I got a length of the Alu tubing, cut it to the correct length, greased it, inserted it in the hubso it was flush with the ends of the hub and installed the wheel in my new XFusion Velvets. Tada, job done.

you do realise 20mm hubs are 110mm wide and 15mm hubs are 100mm wide, so what you have just done is not really possible without probably damaging your forks. so tada....check again mate

So anyone have success with this, Im tempted, but cant easily see anywhere that has 20mm od x 15mm ID aluminuim tubing.

This is ali.. > http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ALUMINIUM-ROUND-TUBE-20mm-OD-x-900mm-LONG-2mm-WALL-/251255289140?pt=UK_BOI_Metalworking_Milling_Welding_Metalworking_Supplies_ET&hash=item3a7ffb7534 but the size would be 20 OD x 16mm ID.

This is right size > http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/20MM-OD-X-15MM-ID-2-5MM-WALL-CDS-STEEL-TUBE-X-400-MM-/321206589339?pt=UK_BOI_Metalworking_Milling_Welding_Metalworking_Supplies_ET&hash=item4ac967979b but its Steel so a bit heavy.

Anyone else have experience of fitting 20mm Hubs onto 15mm axle forks or as suggested above if they are a diff diameter its going to be tricky without excessive cuttings.

Hi guys,
I just bought a new X fusion fork, which has a 15mm axle, where as my rockshox one had a 20mm, therefore I need to convert my hub to 15mm. My hub is a Dartmoor so therefore I'm not sure if it's compatible with a 15mm hope conversion kit? What's my best option?
