So I have some ancient peaks news for you guys...........
First, We will be up on the mountain soon and will be taking people up to ride to the trail.....
The trail is going to be worked on, groomed, more features added, possible new lines created(or alternate routes, harder and easier) I know we've talked about adding a wall ride in there too.
We will be working on the trails and riding when weather permits. the course is literally unrideable in the winter, the dirt has to much clay and just clumps up in your forks and tires. Its extremely bad.
A dual slalom trail trail is being built. Yes, a dual slalom trail. In SLO. i know....awesome
There is a meeting next week and more confirmed information coming to you soon. I know some other issues we hope to work out for next year will be more camping, more spectator trails up the downhill course, better shuttle trucks. Any other suggestions or criticism is also very welcomed!
