The axle pushes through the linkage and then the bolt has a large flat head and screws into the end of the axle. I can't seem to find it on its own, only the full kit.

When I needed that stuff I had to buy the full kit.

Can you look at the lower shock mount and tell me if there's any other spacers with those two large black ones?

Measured my bike (poorly, bike leaned against wall, tape measure, did not use plumb line for reach):

Stack: 620mm
Reach: 406mm
