because I had the op, was about 40 percent recovered then a few weeks ago tore all the muscles back open so am not meant to be doing anything for another month or so. even before i was only riding around the local woods and stuff so tonight im going to take it really easy

Getting told i won't be able to do any strenuous sports till next year has put me down for the night. Sigh.
look on the bright side, its only a year, you didnt get told you cant take the career option you have always wanted because its to strenuous, and you cant do any strenuous sports without a full and slow warm up for the rest of your life not being a story topper here just saying theres much worse things
