Got some solid building done the other day, came back the next day to do some more work and the berm I'd done the day before had been completely trampled by some bloody sheep. Also I have a rotting roe deer head hanging from a tree, smells terrible but I'll get some antlers eventually.

I'd lose the green foliage under the layer of dirt. It will start to rot soon and will promote rot in the wood, and the dirt will fall through. If you use just dirt it will last longer. If you need to fill the gaps, dig a deep hole to get some clay dirt and pack it with that instead of leaves.
Also I would use a thicker bar between the trees, about twice the size.

Looks OK though!!

Looks flexy? I would brace the center of the two diagonals with uprights

ya ^ i think thats a good idea stronger the better, even if its not flexing it will just make it stronger and last longer.

Landing? The takeoff looks cool with the ferns poking out the side, makes it look more natural.

I made it the day before I went on holidays so il get a vid when I come eback, the reason there is no landing is because I just didn't have the time before I left

And floods

Yeah, I rarely build down. If I do I also build drainage so it doesn't flood, at least so it doesn't flood as badly...
