You guys think a large would fit me at 6'3"

If you want a smaller feeling bike that you can throw around then large is fine at your height. I am 5'10 and just sold my L.
Fantastic bike. If you want a longer DH feel rig for flat out speed and bulldozing then maybe look for something bigger.

Hey everyone. I was considering picking up a 2012 large tr250 frame and building it up. I would put dual crowns on it because I will be racing it. My only worries are that I am 6'2" and 130 pounds. And I like the feel of slack tall bikes. I am a bit concerned that the 250 will make me feel hung over the front. I would be putting 2013 boxer world cups on it. Thanks for your help.

the 250 is plenty slacked with a dual crown. I run mine with a DC and it's like an extremely playful DH rig.

Awesome thanks! That seals the deal for me! I'm getting one later this week!

Have fun with it man! With the adjustable shock setting and chainstay adjustments you should be able to have a pretty versatile bike, I used mine at a chairlift bike park all season and killed it at whistler, bike is too impressive. I run a 2013 fox 40 fit & an rc4 with mine and it hasn't let me down once. It's ridiculous how playful the bike is though, I get very sideways with it and being me I pop off absolutely everything that has some semblance of a lip. Great bike, and great looking bike at that.

Does anyone have a suggested spring rate for a 125 pound rider? I like it to be on the stiff side. I'm getting a TR250 frame later today and it comes with a 450lbs spring.

O+

I would guess 300-350#, you can also move between the longer travel setting and the short travel setting, the difference in the leverage ratio to me is about 50# of spring. For example, if the 300# spring is too stiff in the long travel, move the mount to the short travel setting and it's like changing to a 250# spring.

These are all estimates of course

Ok thanks. I think I'll "spring" for a 350lb. I got the frame as well! Super stoked! I can't wait to ride it.
