Anyone here install a rear mud guard or crud catcher on the 250, any particular brands or some DIY template for it or at least some pics of it?
Not to protect me but more for the rear shock protection and linkage from mud. Thinking of installing it on top of the rear triangle.

Old tube and two small zip ties wrapped around the linkage, flexes with the suspension and keeps mud clear of the shock.

It's a bit costly and does not fully protect the linkage at the back, more of rear shock protection only. Thks for the link anyway.

Ya, a homemade one would be best. You could get all the areas covered that you wanted

I saw a picture of one of these put facing up on the lower triangle the other day. Looked pretty good.http://muckynutz.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=48&product_id=109

Yupz I saw that and I actually prefer the Bender Fender. So I'm taking the idea from the model Bender Fender(mucky Nutz) and make it slightly longer.

Hi, I was wondering could you please tell me when the geo is 160mm (6") and when 180mm (7")???
I assume when it is at bottom position its 180 and upper for 160.

Here you go. Some pics and cost me only $1.50 plus a sharp scissors and a few cable ties.
