Droppers are pretty F-ing cool. they certainly made my riding more fluid, and allowed me to enjoy the trail differently. It sounds hokey, but it's a huge change to how you can ride. makes it easier to charge the DH's and then directly roll up the next hill...
Lock on grips-I have huge hands, so I roll the Rogue or loved the OURY, but the OURY were just too soft and muchy, I find the Rogues great, but that said I am running the Chunky ESI grips...

I have been rocking the OURY grips for a year or so now, I love them.

6 years straight, even before lock-ons were invented... I loved them, but the Rogue offered a more consistent feel over longer hot days-the main issue. I should give them a try again, I loved them, but I am content with the Chunky grips I'm running now...
I have found though that since switching to carbon bars that I could move to a firmer grip than the OURY. I have been toying with the idea of switching to something else.
My RF Sniper grips are the only grip I use on all my bikes. Real tacky compound, low profile, durable and most importantly they come in lots of colours!
I've got some answer fall line xc grips that have been working out pretty good so far.
And about cranks, bti says the e13 xcx cranks are lighter than the sixc, by about 100 grams. They don't come with a chainring or bottom bracket tho so I'm guessing they are about the same weight as the sicx when all is said and done? Anyone know how much an e13 bb30 BB weighs?

Fairly positive that E.13 doesn't make a BB30 BB, since their spindles are 30mm oversized and they can't make a bearing thin enough to allow that.
Regardless here's the weight of the XCX crank arms+chain ring bolts w/out BB:
And here's the weight of the normal Euro BB:
Edit: without an actual accurate weight save for the 122g E.13 estimates for their 22/36 ShiftRing setup, I can only approximate the whole E.13 crank set (BB, rings, arms) at about 787g. QBP claims the SixC cranks are 760g with a 24/36/bash setup.
