Hey, so I just wanted to start a thread about any good things that have happened to you through riding, while riding, or in any way connected to riding your BMX.
I wanted to start this thread because I was riding a public square, sort of community space with restaurants and little shops the other day, while filming for my edit. I was sitting down and looking through the video I had just taken when this guy walks up to me and says, "What are you doing?" I was thinking, oh shit, he owns one of these places and now im getting the boot.... "just riding around having fun.." I told him. "Thats a sick bike." He said. I just had to look at him for a second because this guy was 64 years old and he just called my 2010 Zodiac "sick".
Anyways, long story short, he gave me his number and told me his son left a bunch of redline parts behind when he left the house and I could have them if I wanted, just call him anytime. I just stood there for about fifteen minutes discussing bikes and fishing with him and his wife.
Just really cool to have someone respect what you're doing and appreciate it as good thing, rather than threaten to call the cops or treat you like a drug dealing pimp.

Round up those Redline parts and put them for sale on bmxmuseum.com. Those guys on there pay mad cash for old school (if in fact those are old school) parts. You could make a little pocket cash
one the the best moments would have tto be finding a new street stop with my friends cause they are few and far between
Yah I can relate, being from a small place it's always cool when you find a new spot to shred, when I first got to North Vancouver I was actually just in awe at how much stuff there was to ride, and luckily I don't get kicked out too often
