I just bought a s&m pitchfork and forgot about it lol I like this way more anyways.
you still got those broken forks and the warranty card stuff? cause when my sunday original morning forks got bent I just sent them directly to full factory without a warranty card or anything other than a description of where they were bent and they gave me brand new morning 2.1 forks for 40 bones on crash replacement
When i tried to warranty my broken cult frames (2 of them) i got response asking for pics each time...after never anything...............But when i emailed them about there shitty quality..then they responded with sorry, but still no warranty. And i only owned em 2 weeks x.x
Kids this is why you should buy your stuff from your local bikeshop,if I ever break my forks or any other parts,I could just take them to where I purchased them and the shop will deal with the company.
Sure you might save a bundle dealing with mail order, but the hassle of dealing with a warranty issue is just not worth it.

Did you send a email to Robbie M about this issue? There would be no way in hell I would let that sh!t slide.

Ya except for when your bike shops didn't start carrying bmx parts until a year and a half after this happened......
I know how much everybody hates Eastern, but the few times I dealt with them on warranty stuff they were Johnny on the spot. Free new parts, and didn't even ask for the old stuff. Plus, I ended up dealing directly with Seamus McKeon over the phone since he was handling their warranties at the time.
