I am looking to upgrade my cable disc brakes on my bike to hydraulics. I don't know much about them I was wondering if someone could recommend some good and cheap one to start with. I would prefer to buy new but I don't understand how to bleed and fill them so I may have to buy used ones.i saw some shimano m445 are they any good and help or any hydralic brake guide would me extremely appreciated

Kind regards

Matt

you can't go wrong with shimano deore.Get great reviews from all the mags.If you buy the whole set up,i.e calipers hoses and levers they should come ready bled,so all you have to do is fit them on and you're all set.One thing to look into though,is if you have post mount or i.s. fittings.Don't know if you know about these, but you may need an adaptor.

what is your budget?

I picked up a set for Hayes Stroker for $125 per. But that isn't including rotors and adapters. I find that cheap, so a budget will help figure out what is best.

and most if not all brand new brakes come pre bleed, so its install and ride.
