just been on the pitches in poulton park, absolutely BOILING! gutted i have no bike atm id be taering around! brilliant cardio in this weather! burnt to a crisp playing footy too! Frown lol

you need to come bolton, there was an epic ride yesterday, im so lucky at this spot with amazing trials on my doorstep.

ive decided to sell the 4x race setup and build a xc/am hardtail for the trails, be better for my back.
