I noticed the cable rubbing on my Demo 2 just above the rear shock wearing some of the paint.Im sure some cable rub is to be expected but i figured on a $6,000 bike it wouldnt happen especially there.
Cables rub. I solved cable rub on the shock for my bike with 2 zip ties and a vacuum tube, essentially making my own Jagwire housing holder. Cost: $0, Time: 1m. If you're not the hands-on type, just take it to the LBS and have them do something about it for whatever their hourly rate is.

$0? Do you have a zip tie tree and a vacuum tube garden at your house? If so I'll take a few. That does sound like a sweet, and practically free, solution though.
