Not sure if this is the right place to post this...

There is a local Freestyle/BMX park about a mile from my house that I used to frequent. I stopped going for a couple months, and when I got back there was a group of people that started talking smack and tried picking a fight with me. I beat the living crap out of two of them, and then they said that if I came back then they would kill me. It's not that I take them seriously or anything, but I need a better way of handling this. Anybody?

Once again, sorry if this is in the wrong forum, I'm new here.

well... beating the living crap outa somebody isn;t the best route.. ignoring them works surprising well. Or showing them up with a trick they can't even come close to matching Wink

I've tried ignoring them, but the last time I went (two days ago), the jerks kicked at my spokes while I was coasting to a step up. Now I have to drop some $200 for replacement wheels.

Try calling the cops or the rec. department that runs the place. It's not in either of your best interest if this keeps going on

Even though I would think that fighting these characters was a bad idea sometimes ignoring people just doesn't work.
There is a group of 4 native gangsters that I come across once or twice a month and they like to yell, act like they are tough and try to pick a fight with me when I am biking by and I too have felt the urge to stick a foot in their ass (however I have zero combat skills and would probably end up in the hospital).

I would suggest finding out their names, numbers, where they live, what they do on a regular basis, who they hang out with and their regular routines and then formulate a plan from there.

I already called the cops because they were smoking pot and had needles up there. The cops were just "Whatever"
